no one's happier than i, for i am reaching out to touch the sky. i'm flying on a cloud, i can sing out loud, there is no one who happier than i.
i heard those few short lines on a Jack and the Beanstalk cartoon movie years ago. like 15 years ago. we were all still using VCRs then.
well, i am happy. or perhaps this is really the closest i can get to happy for now. i'm not too satisfied with my health and one of the dark specks on the horizon is that i'm worried about whether i'm sick with some kind affliction.
but aside from that, things are pretty fine. i'm just getting used to being on holiday. lazing about, doing some cross stitch, reading The Legendary Swordsman, watching Friends, eating, waiting for Harry Potter book 7 to come out.
and of course, spending an inordinate time with my darling. it's a wonder that i don't get sick of seeing him.
of course, it's time to meet more people. met my primary school mates the other day. it was just a day of lazing at my place and watching 12 episodes of Friends, binging on very unhealthy food. i'm so glad i have those pals, though we rarely meet up.
well, i hope i can learn to enjoy my holidays more. in an expense-minimizing fashion. that i will be healthy in body, spirit and mind. then i will plan well for the new academic term ahead. i'm kinda looking forward to school starting....
