i just hope i didn't make the wrong decision to go to shanghai again. i mean, everything's settled so i can't change my mind. but sure, there are some review tests which i have to sit for beginning next year. and ya know how important it is to have a good start. i'll deal with it.
and i finally got the 2 songs i absolutely love. you and i both by jason mraz, and breakaway by kelly clarkson.
gonna buy xmas decorations with shar and yihan tomorrow! it's gonna be so fun. shopping for things which you're supposed to buy and given money to buy.

yesterday was really uneventful. i slacked around the house and packed my cds. the no. of cds i've collected over the past 3 years is appalling. honestly, it isn't that much. i'm sure i have more clothes than cds.
but the point is, everytime i go shopping and i can't find something which looks nice, is reasonably priced and i can fit, i end up with a cd. so i was cataloguing my stuff. initially it seemed quite little. then i began trekking all over the house to find my stuff. like in the car, and in the vcd cabinets downstairs. and since i'm such a sucker for chinese shows, there was a considerable pile of things.
i went out with cher today. tried on some clothes. but since yours truly could do with some weight loss, the clothes didn't look too pleasing. i did think the toga from guess, the tank from bods and the tank from projectshop was nice. but me not wanting to break a bill so i refused to get anything.
but whee! guess what i got? another cd and vcd! see? get what i mean? got dido's debut album and some meteor rain vcd.
so anyway, me and cher were just walking around and checking out some stuff. we ate a whole lot. prawn dumplings, takopachi, cheese sausages, glutinous rice, soft shell crabs, ham sandwiches, choclate moussy spongy dessert and fruit juice.
and we spent a considerable amount of time checking out the barbies. i love barbie. i played so much of it. there's this cute princess carriage with horses and this california beach set. with a wave pool and decks chairs and some cocnut tree shower. of course, there are the regular or elaborate barbies with their themed costumes.
ooh. there was ld today. which i didn't go for. since i was informed just yesterday and hanging out with cher was fixed last week.
i'm gonna have dinner now. and then it's tv time..

mich: what 50 years old? we'll keep doing it when we're 51 and on and on..
geez. yesterday was cip. it was fun. sorta. not many classmates were there, yihan, char, yisheng, suan, kiwi, hanjie, ailin. it was quite differeent from the ballon dart 'mad hatter' stall we did for HC carnival. we had like 1/4 the no. of people and participants with inexhaustible amounts of energy.
the thing about these kids who played for free was that they didn't care about being kiasu, they just kept going to join the queue after they had their round and the queue was neverending.
tied ballons until my fingers ached. else it was pretty fruitful cip. better than flag day. it's cool how you get to chill and clock hours at the same time.
course, char and me got on the mrt home. she was still chirpy and all. and i was totally zonked by 11pm.
today. i went for my first ever manicure. quite sad coz they said it was almost impossible to really salvage my nails. they're way short and my nailbeds are irregularly shaped. so unless i kick my biting habit, i will never get nice nails. even so, it's near-impossible given its current state. heez. i'll prolly need some resin thingy to encourage nail growth or something. i'm resolute now. i will kcik the habit. once and for all.
before i'm 18, i'll have my first french manicure!
then shopped with my sis n james. jeez. there's this thing about shopping. the unspoken rule is 'never shop with naything in mind, you won't ever find it'. so my sis needed some stuff and we didn't find it naturally. and shopping's actually very draining espeically when you don't buy anything. i'm really tired now..
i'm gonna watch LOTR.
