happy bdae mom!
this is pure madness. today's the day when lessons end the latest. and guess what? it's trhe earliest day i've been back this week. LD's been revised to 3 days a week since we're preparing for the welcome for HC carnival and some item for Mid-Autumn Festival(MAF). sigh. i've been in practically every performance so far except the college day welcome coz i thought i had something on.
and then there's H&F every tuesday. so that works out to having CCA everyday except sunday, thursday and friday.
our class bugged the chem teacher to cancel chem practical so that we could go down to support anthon in the judo finals. HC lost. quite sad, since it was practically predicted that we'd win. and anthon was playing the determining match since 2 guys lost before him. he looked awfully upset when he lost. just knelt on the floor and looked terrible. hope he's okay.
something really amusing. cannot believe what alex did today. he didn't do his econs essay outline intentionally and when chong asked him for it, he just said straightfacedly(not in the least cowed) that he didn't do it coz he felt it was of no use to improving his essay skills. like gawd, who'd say such a thing?
chong replied by saying that she didn't care whether he foudn it useful or not, he just had to do it. but that was not before we heard a noticeable pause. betcha she was taken aback.
dared hanjie to pon econs lect since he's our uber-responsible class rep. he was like, sure you give me 50 bucks. he didn't go in the end coz he had canoeing. like whatever.
sigh. nuff said. i still have pw. that's all i'm doing these days. pw, pw and more pw.
i shall scream freedom after tomorrow.

the hanbok rocks. just in case you don't figure, it's the korean national costume. the really humongous dress which resembles a maternity gown. i love it anyway. it just gives such a sweet look with its high bodice and makes you look so demure.
i'm not saying that i'm not, or i am.
it was pink and red organza. and people stared. loads of people wore saris but hanbok? just one. it makes you wanna fly to korea and buy one and fly to japan and get a kimono. i'll have to find a way to attach some pictures here.
and now? i'm staying up to do pw. man do i hate it. once we've submitted the file on friday, we'll be able to breathe a little easier.

time. out.
i need a break. a three-day getaway to say..some ulu beach in nowhere.
this is the 3rd consecutive time i'm skipping yoga. i'm horrendously tired. but i also know that if i choose to attend yoga, i'll feel good after that. ridiculous coz i'm still skipping it.
i'm really short of time. there's so much to do and practically no time for anything. there's 2 SPAs next week. and a ton of homework. i'venever been much of a studious person and i'm sure that i'll never fit the dictionary definition for hardworking. but now that i'm actually trying to get stuff done i'm realising it's so damn hard.
i got a D instead of E for econs. rather comforting. and i may choose to sign up for the creative writing competition. it's the only chance i'll ever get at writing something which is entirely based on some well-founded argument.
also, i had my first HC PE swimming lesson. it's quite fun except that we were made to swim zillion laps. like 20. of the breadth but to and fro. i obviously couldn't finish. but it feels really good to work out. and there's all the nice achey sensations now. and my costume's purple!
HC commemorating racial harmony day tomorrow. i think it's way cool coz some classmates are gonna turn up in traditional costumes. amanda's lending me her red and pink korean hanbok to wear. and then of course, there's the lion dance performance which i'm performing in.
and of course, how can an entry end without my declaration of hate for PW?
let's just say that if PW were human, it'd have died from the accumulated hate students were expressing. we'd just conduct a meeting and midway someone will blurt out 'i hate pw'
the file's due this week and i have 3 lit research things to finish, some minutes form and another discussion on the survey which we're meeting up for tomorrow.
and then i'm supposed to finish up my trigo assignments before mr tan decides to send me for Corrective Service.
and there's the neverending bio tutorials which i have to do, now that i think the bio teacher has given up on me so i have to start.
and the chem kinetics which i haven't understood.
this really rocks since they're all due on thursday.
my life as a no-life is totally living up to expectations.
